Part two: For part 2 I explored, The Global fund for Children website.

NHSA is the website for advocating for Head Start. With the budget cuts there is a lot of concern that there will be no program in 2015. I had a really hard time with Part one. I haven't had a response in three days. I am worried that they may not speak the same language. Praying about this one.
